Directions:
For cold therapy:
* Fill bag two-thirds full with ice, securely screw cap on and place where needed. Great for tension headaches, sinus pain & swelling.
For heat therapy:
* Fill bag two-thirds full with hot water (not boiling), securely screw cap on & place where needed. Soothes upset stomach & sinus pain.
After using, drain and air dry bag before replacing cap. Store in a dry place.
